I am always so impressed when Bulwark comes to spray. Marvis sprayed today and he was so thourough. He did not just spray quick and leave. He spent time here, careful to get every area really good. I also love Bulwark because they will come in-between spraying appointments if we have any concerns or unwanted guests (bugs!!) We really appreciate Marvis today! Thanks Marvis and Bulwark!

Growing a successful business is about treating customers right. For a business owner, conveying one’s passion and care for the customers all the way through the ranks of an organization can be challenging. It’s the same telephone game we use to play as kids. The owner starts out by saying, “Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.” and as it get passed from owner to manager, to middle manager, to uppers, to lowers, to accountants, to receptionists, to the guy that shows up at your home the message get changed and the passion and desires of the owner get mixed up until its, “Cost more sucks frictions of promising gold.”

I would like to thank Jamie the customer service rep at Bulwark and the Tech that comes out to my home Hyrum. Hyrum is such a nice and attentive worker he is so aim to please and he does and when he leaves my home I feel so good that I keep choosing Bulwark to keep coming to my home month to month, I have had so many different pest control companies ask me to switch, (that will not happen) lets face it alot of the pest control companies out there may have the same chemicals so a lot of the time what sets them apart is the customer service part of it… That is where Jamie and Hryum come in, Jamie who is the customer service rep she is the greatest she always willing to please!! So I highly recommend this company to anyone! They have it all the customer service, price and “pest control”
